Governance

 The PA AAP is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of thirteen members and the Executive Committee for a total of seventeen members. Six members of the Board are regional representatives, elected by members from their specific geographic regions. In addition, all members elect two early career representatives and two subspecialists. Rounding out the Board are the Governance Committee Chair (elected to the committee by members for a three year term, with the final year serving as committee chair and member of the Board) plus two appointed resident representatives.
