​The Pennsylvania Children's Outdoor Bill of Rights (COBOR), created by the PA AAP's Climate and Environmental Health Committee with support from Prescribe Outside, is intended to serve as a guide to ensure that Pennsylvania chidlren enjoy healthy, active lifestyles by spending time outdoors. We encourage all pediatricians, families, and community partners to embrace this document and incorporate its principles into their policies.
